– Control the specific techniques of pavement works and structural reinforcement.

Debido al crecimiento continuado tanto en volumen como en servicios ofertados a nuestros clientes, nos gustaría contar con un arquitecto o ingeniero experto BIM con experiencia en proyecto industriales, para que forme parte del equipo.

Funciones que se realizan en la empresa:
· Estudios previos.
· Cálculo y diseño de naves industriales y oficinas
· Diseño de instalaciones industriales (PCI, frio, clima, baja tensión, media tensión, APQ, gas, …)
· Elaboración de mediciones y comparativa de presupuestos.
· Trato con el cliente.
· Memorias técnicas o proyectos.
· Visitas a obra (generalmente en provincia de Valencia).
· Trato con constructora, instaladores y proveedores.
· Certificaciones.
· Trámites en organismos afectados (licencias de obras, alta de instalaciones, …)

Habilidad con algunas de las herramientas a utilizar:
· Nivel avanzado de Revit MEP (imprescindible)
· Manejo con soltura de Office (imprescindible)
· Presto
· CypeMEP

REQUIRED TRAINING
-Technical architecture, building engineering or similar.
– ORP training 20 hours (60 hours if it is a preventive resource)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
-Experience of at least 5 years in a similar position

REQUIRED SKILLS
-Ability to organize the human, economic and material resources of the work.
-Ability to negotiate with suppliers and promoters.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and organize time efficiently.
-Management of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.
-Management of computer-aided design software, such as AutoCAD.
-Management of measurement and budget software, such as Memphis or Presto.
-Management of construction management software, such as Sigrid, Navision or similar.
-Driving license B
